Comments

pPAGEMARGINS is a pointer to an PAGEMARGINS structure. Where the function parameter type is pPAGEMARGINS, you can declare a PAGEMARGINS variable, update the structure's fields, and pass the variable's address in the parameter. Declaring a pPAGEMARGINS variable is necessary only if your program requires a pointer.

Units of measure such as inches or centimeters can be used by enabling the corresponding flag when calling LBitmap::BlankPageDetector.
