Enables or disables centering on zoom for the class object's window.

L_BOOL LBitmapWindow::EnableCenterOnZoom(bCenter)
Flag that indicates whether to enable or disable center on zoom. Possible values are:
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| TRUE | Enable center on zoom. |
| FALSE | Disable center on zoom. |
The previous state.
This setting is enabled by default.
