LMemoryFile::IsValid

Summary

Determines whether the memory file object is ready to be used.

Syntax

L_BOOL LMemoryFile::IsValid()

Returns

Value Meaning
TRUE The LMemoryFile object is ready to be used.
FALSE The LMemoryFile object is not ready to be used.

Comments

Before you can use some of the memory file functions, a bitmap must be associated with the class object. Until you have associated a bitmap with the LMemoryFile object, the object is considered invalid.

Note that the following functions do not require the object to be valid:
