Gets the file options used by LEADTOOLS when rasterizing document files.

Pointer to a structure to be updated with the options used when rasterizing document files.
Size in bytes, of the structure pointed to by pRasterizeDocOptions, for versioning. Use sizeof(RASTERIZEDOCOPTIONS).
