Gets the file options used by LEADTOOLS when loading XLS files.

Pointer to a structure to be updated with the options used when loading XLS files.
Size in bytes, of the structure pointed to by pOptions, for versioning. Use sizeof(FILEXLSOPTIONS).

The options obtained by this function are valid for the current thread.
To set the options used when loading XLS files, use LFileSettings::SetXLSOptions.
