Pointer to an IltmmWMProfileManager interface.
Index of the profile to load.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a pointer to an IltmmWMProfile interface. This interface references the loaded profile.

If IltmmWMProfileManager::LoadSystemProfile succeeds, the caller must free the retrieved interface by calling its Release method.
