Retrieves the index of the currently selected format.

Pointer to an IltmmTargetFormats interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the zero based index of the currently selected format. A value of 1 indicates that no format is currently selected.

This function will return the index of the format that is currently being used by the collections parent object.
