IltmmTargetFormat::IsValidCompressor

Summary

Retrieves a value that indicates if the specified compressor is valid for the currently selected target format in the capture or convert parent object.

Parameters

IltmmTargetFormat *pTargetFormat

Pointer to an IltmmTargetFormat interface.

BSTR Name

String that contains the name of the compressor for which to test the validity.

long *pVal

Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates if the specified compressor is valid for the currently selected target format in the capture or convert parent object. For a list of possible values, refer to ltmmTargetFormat_Compressor constants.
