Prepares the capture graph for running.

Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
Mode in which to capture. Must be one of the ltmmCapture_Mode constants.

This is an optional function that performs time consuming initialization, allowing immediate execution with StartCapture. If this function is used, it must be called prior to calling StartCapture. However, you may call StartCapture without calling ReadyCapture, but capturing will not begin immediately. Places the object in the ltmmCapture_State_Pending state.
