Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the video input collection interface pointer.

The returned IltmmCaptureInput interface is used to enumerate the available video capture inputs. See ltmmCaptureInputs for details. The input collection depends on the currently selected capture devices.
If the method succeeds, the caller must free the returned interface pointer by calling the interface's Release method.
