Retrieves the media type, if the media type differs from the previous sample.

Pointer to an IltmmMediaSampleDisp interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a pointer to an IltmmMediaTypeDisp Interface, if the media type has changed. If the media type has not changed this will be updated with NULL.

If the function succeeds, the caller must free the object referenced by MediaType by calling the interface's Release function.
