Pointer to an IltmmConvert interface.
A zero-based index of the new current program.

The index of the program is 0-based, so it should be between 0 and SourceProgramCount - 1, where SourceProgramCount is the number of programs in the file.
Get the number of programs by calling IltmmConvert::get_SourceProgramCount.
Get the index of the current program by calling IltmmConvert::get_CurrentSourceProgram.
