Pointer to an IltmmTargetFormat interface.
Character string containing the audio compressor's name.

This function assigns an audio compressor to the format. When the format is selected, the audio stream will be connected to this compressor before any multiplexer. If this value is undefined (empty string), then the audio stream will be directly connected to a multiplexer.
Attempting to set this value on a ReadOnly item will result in an error.
