Pointer to an ILMNetProtocol interface.
A character string that contains the address of the server connection point.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a pointer to an ILMNetConnectionPoint interface.

This function should not be used directly by the user: the ILMNetProtocolManager::CreateConnectionPoint function calls this function.
