Retrieves a collection of midi renderers.

Pointer to an IltmmPlay interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a pointer to an IltmmRenderers interface. This interface references the collection of midi renderers.

This function allows the user to select the midi renderer to use during playback.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the retrieved interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
