Starts playback of the current title at the specified time.

Pointer to an IltmmDVDControl interface.
The time at which to start playback. This value is a ltmmDVD_HMSF_TIMECODE structure. Refer to the MSDN link below for more information.

| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation. |
This function does not support command synchronization.
