Retrieves a pointer to an IUnknown interface that references the media target object, if the target type is stream (ltmmCapture_Target_Stream).

Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a pointer to the media target object.

This function will retrieve a pointer to the object set with the IltmmCapture::put_TargetStream function.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the retrieved interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
