Retrieves a value that indicates which streams the target format can have.

Pointer to an IltmmTargetFormat interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates which streams the target format can have. For a list of possible values, refer to ltmmTargetFormat_Stream constants. Individual values can be logically OR-ed.

| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation. |
To set the streams that a target format can have, call IltmmTargetFormat::put_Streams.
