Retrieves the index of the format that matches the specified name.

Pointer to an IltmmTargetFormats interface.
String containing the name of the format to find.
Pointer to a variable that receives zero based index of the matching format. A value of 1 indicates that no match was found.

| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation. |
A formats name is unique. An application can use this function to find a specific format. A formats name can be retrieved with the IltmmTargetFormat::get_Name function or by using the "LTMM DirectShow Filter List Utility".
