Pointer to an IltmmPlay Interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the registered DVD control interface pointer.

The IltmmDVDControl Interface is used to control the playback and search mechanisms of a DVD title that contains one or more video movies. For more information, refer to IltmmDVDControl interface.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
