Sets the media source to a file.

Pointer to an IltmmConvert interface.
Character string that contains the media data file name.

This function sets the media data source to the specified file name. The ResetSource function should be called to stop the convert object from accessing the file. The SourceType will be set to ltmmConvert_Source_File.
The filename can be used to indicate a regular file or a stream.
