Pointer to an IltmmVCRControl interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives one of the ltmmVCRControl_DeviceType enumeration constants.

If the returned value is ltmmVCRControl_DeviceType_NotPresent, then the attached device does not support VCR control.
If the returned value is ltmmVCRControl_DeviceType_Camera, then the device only supports the Record and PauseRecording functions.
