Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the video device's capture size collection interface pointer.

The returned IltmmCaptureSizes interface is used to enumerate the available video sizes, and to select a size for capture. See IltmmCaptureSizes for details.
If the method succeeds, the caller must free the returned interface pointer by calling the interface's Release method.
