Retrieves the master pan level (signal distribution), which is the pan level for all audio inputs.

Pointer to an IltmmAudioInputs interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the pan level (signal distribution) from left to right for stereo inputs. Possible values range from -1.0 to 1.0 where -1.0 indicates full left, 0.0 indicates center, and 1.0 indicates full right.
