Pointer to an IltmmTargetDevices interface.
Index of the device to be retrieved.
Pointer to a variable that receives the interface pointer for the device at the specified zero based index.

| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation. |
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
