Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the selected video processor collection interface pointer.

The returned IltmmProcessors Interface is used to build a list of video processing filters to use during the capturing process. See ltmmProcessors for more details.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
