Pointer to an IltmmMediaSampleDisp interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the length of the valid data, in bytes.

The value retrieved in the pVal parameter should be less than the length of the entire buffer. To get the length of the entire buffer, use the IltmmMediaSampleDisp::get_BufferSize function.
