Retrieves the GPRM (general parameter registers) value at the specified index.

Pointer to an IltmmDVDControl interface.
Index of the GPRM value to retrieve. Possible values range from 0 to 15.
Pointer to a variable that receives the GPRM value at the specified index.

To set the value of the general parameter register at a specific index, call IltmmDVDControl::SetGPRM.
Call IltmmDVDControl::GetSPRM to retrieve the current contents of the system parameter register (SPRM) at a specific index.
