Retrieves the recommended video compressor for the currently selected target format.

Pointer to an IltmmTargetFormat interface.
Pointer to a variable that will receive the name of the recommended video compressor for the currently selected target format.

Currently, the toolkit does not recommend compressors for all formats, so if the returned string is empty, then there is no recommended video compressor for the selected target format.
If the method succeeds, the caller must free the returned BSTR by calling the SysFreeString function.
