LSettings::UnlockSupport

NOTE: This function has been removed from the LEADTOOLS SDK.

In order to set a runtime license and unlock optional features such as LEADTOOLS Imaging Pro, Document and Medical Imaging capabilities, or PDF support, you must now use either the LSettings::SetLicenseFile or the LSettings::SetLicenseBuffer function.
