flag that indicates whether to enable the use of paint effects

Enables or disables the use of paint effects.

Parameter Description
bEnable Flag that indicates whether to enable or disable the use of paint effects. Possible values are:
  Value Meaning
  TRUE Enable the use of paint effects.
  FALSE disable the use of paint effects.

Returns

The previous state.

Comments

When painting effects are enabled, anytime the class object paints an image, it will be painted with the current paint effect options set by:

LBitmapWindow::SetPaintEffect

LBitmapWindow::SetMaxEffectPasses

LBitmapWindow::SetROP3

This setting is disabled by default.
