Determines whether the bitmap memory data is locked.

Returns

TRUE

The bitmap data memory is locked.

FALSE

The bitmap data memory is not locked.

Comments

Use this function to check whether the bitmap memory data is locked or not.

The bitmap memory must be locked before you can access the image data contained in the class objects bitmap.
