Determines whether the bitmap list is locked.

Returns

TRUE

The bitmap list is locked.

FALSE

The bitmap list is not locked.

Comments

Call this function to check if the bitmap list is locked. If this class object was created using the LBitmapList::GetItem, LBitmapList::GetFirstItem, LBitmapList::GetLastItem, LBitmapList::GetPreviousItem, or LBitmapList::GetNextItem functions, then the bitmap list will be locked until you restore the bitmap to the list using the LBitmapList::SetItem function.
