Determines whether the bitmap object is being loaded from a progressive JPEG or CMP file.

Returns

TRUE

An image is being loaded from a progressive JPEG or progressive CMP file.

FALSE

An image is being loaded from another type of file.

Call this function to check if the bitmap object is being loaded from a progressive JPEG or CMP file.
