Files for redistribution are installed by the LEADTOOLS setup. For more information on the installation directory structure, refer to Installation Directory. For more information on redistributing your application, refer to Files To Be Included With Your Application.
You may not copy or redistribute any of the following files without obtaining the proper license. In some cases, the license is included with your initial purchase of LEADTOOLS. In other cases, you must obtain a license from a third party or enter into a royalty agreement with LEAD to obtain the proper license. For these special licensing situations, see the notes below accompanying the specific file.
Note: The OCR Professional and Arabic engines require .NET Framework 4.0. Also, it requires the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package and Windows 10 Universal C Runtime.
Because of the above requirements, the Professional and Arabic OCR engines are not supported on all platforms. The supported operating systems are listed below:
Unless otherwise noted, the file names are the same for both Win32 and x64 platforms. Refer to Installation Directory.
OCR Support: Before copying or redistributing any of the files for OCR support, you must first enter into a Royalty Agreement with LEAD. Contact the OEM Department.
All LEADTOOLS OCR require the following LEADTOOLS assemblies:

Support for image file load and save
Support for exported OCR results as PDF, DOC/DOCX(2007/2010), HTML, etc.

Each LEADTOOLS OCR is supported by a main assembly and runtime files. You must redistribute the files associated with the engine you are planning to use.

LEADTOOLS OCR Professional support. Also requires the OCR Professional Runtime Files
LEADTOOLS OCR Arabic support. Also requires the OCR Arabic Runtime Files
