Retrieves the total number of streams in the object's stream list.

Pointer to an IltmmWMMutualExclusion interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the number of streams in the object's stream list.

Using the number of streams as a zero based index, the IltmmWMMutualExclusion::GetStream function can then be used to get the stream numbers for each stream in the object's stream list.
