Pointer to an IltmmCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the registered audio processor collection interface pointer.

The returned IltmmProcessors Interface is used to enumerate the available audio processing filters. See ltmmProcessors for details.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
