This is an expression builder function, it will add logical expressions to the existing Verex .
Mainly the logical start and end of a line expression.

Handle of Verex being built.
The logical expression to add.
Flag to enable or disable the expression added.
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| SUCCESS | The function was successful. |
| < 1 | An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes. |
Verex stands for verbal expression. Refers to an API that builds a Regex expression using intuitive verbal expressions, such as start of line, match anything, match a word, etc. It builds accumulatively by adding to the verbal expression until a whole Regex phrase is complete and then you can export it.
