Sets the trigger time offset.

A DICOM waveform group handle.
Boolean value that specifies whether the function should insert the "Trigger Time Offset" (0018,1069) element or remove it from the DICOM dataset. Possible values are:
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| TRUE | Insert the "Trigger Time Offset" (0018,1069) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) into the dataset and then set its value. |
| FALSE | Delete the "Trigger Time Offset" (0018,1069) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) from the dataset. |
New trigger time offset.

|---|---|
| TRUE | The trigger time offset was set successfully. |
| FALSE | An error occurred. |
