A DICOM waveform group handle.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the waveform padding value.

|---|---|
| TRUE | The waveform padding value was retrieved successfully. |
| FALSE | An error occurred. |
This function returns the waveform padding value. For more information refer to the "Waveform Padding Value" (5400,100A) element in the DICOM standard.
