Removes all elements from the specified DICOM Associate and resets it to the specified type.

A DICOM Associate handle.
Flag that indicates the type of Associate to which the specified DICOM Associate should be reset. Possible values are:
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| TRUE | Reset the specified DICOM Associate to type Associate Request. |
| FALSE | Reset the specified DICOM Associate to type Associate Accept. |
None.
