Boolean flag that specifies whether the function should insert the "Multiplex Group Time Offset" (0018,1068) element or remove it from the DICOM dataset. Possible values are:

Value	Meaning
TRUE	Insert the "Multiplex Group Time Offset" (0018,1068) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) into the dataset and then set its value.
FALSE	Delete the "Multiplex Group Time Offset" (0018,1068) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) from the dataset.

L_DOUBLE dOffset

New multiplex group time offset.

Value	Meaning
TRUE	The multiplex group time offset was set successfully.
FALSE	An error occurred.
