Pointer to an IltmfTargetFormat interface.
Value that specifies which dialog's availability is being queried. Must be one of the ltmfTargetFormat_Dlg constants.
Pointer to a variable that determines whether the specified property dialog is available.

| VARIANT_TRUE | The specified property dialog is available. |
| VARIANT_FALSE | The specified property dialog is unavailable. |

| S_OK | The function was successful. |
