IltmfProcessors::RegisterExternalProcessor

Summary

Adds a processor to the collection.

C++ HRESULT RegisterExternalProcessor (Name, fRegister)

Parameters

IltmfProcessors *pProcessors

Pointer to an IltmfPlay interface.

BSTR Name

Character string that contains the class id of the external processor to register / unregister.

VARIANT_BOOL fRegister

A boolean value indicating whether to register or unregister the external processor. Possible values are:

Values Meaning
VARIANT_TRUE Register the external processor.
VARIANT_FALSE Unregister the external processor.

Returns

Value Meaning
S_OK The function was successful.
<> S_OK An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.
