The IltmfVideoFormats interface, accessed through the pVal parameter, provides access to a series of IltmfVideoFormat interfaces, which provide information on the characteristics of one or more video formats.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release function.
