IltmfCompressors::get_Selection

Summary

Retrieves the index of the currently selected compressor .

Syntax

C HRESULT IltmfCompressors_get_Selection(pCompressors, pVal)
C++ HRESULT get_Selection(pVal)

Parameters

IltmfCompressors *pCompressors

Pointer to an IltmfCompressors interface.

long *pVal

Pointer to a variable that receives the zero based index of the currently selected compressor. A value of 1 indicates that no compressor is currently selected.

Returns

Value Meaning
S_OK The function was successful.
<> S_OK An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.

Comments

This function will return the index of the compressor that is currently being used by the collections parent object.
