Retrieves the audio device collection object.

Pointer to an IltmfCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the audio device collection interface pointer.

The returned IltmfDevices interface is used to enumerate the available audio capture devices, and to select an audio device to capture. See ltmfDevices for details.
If the function succeeds, the caller must free the returned interface pointer by calling the interface's Release function.
