L_DOUBLE dFirstParameter; first parameter of the filter
L_DOUBLE dSecondParameter; second parameter of the filter
L_UINT uFlags; flags

Generates a point spread function to be used with L_BitmapWienerFilter.

Parameter Description
pPSF pointer to a POINTSPREADFUNCTION structure.
dFirstParameter The first parameter of the filter. The meaning of this parameter is based on the value of uFlags.
dSecondParameter The second parameter of the filter. The meaning of this parameter is based on the value of uFlags.
uFlags A flag that indicates which type of filter to create. Possible values are:
Value Meaning
CREATE_GAUSSIAN_FILTER [0x00000001] Create a Gaussian filter.
CREATE_MOTION_FILTER [0x00000002] Create a Motion filter.
