pBITMAPHANDLE pBitmap; pointer to a bitmap handle
POINTSPREADFUNCTION pPSF; pointer to a structure
L_DOUBLE dNoiseToSignalRatio; noise-to-signal power ratio
L_UINT uFlags; flags

Applies a Wiener filter to an image to de-blur it.

Parameter Description
pBitmap Pointer to the bitmap handle referencing the bitmap to which the Wiener filter will be applied.
pPSF Pointer to a POINTSPREADFUNCTION structure.
