Point Properties Dialog Box For Annotations
(Document and Medical Imaging toolkits)
The following dialog box appears in automation mode under the following condtions:

Right-click on an image with no objects selected, and select Point in the Default Properties menu.

Right-click on a point object and select Point in the Point Properties menu.
